The ESD Institute for Business Development developed an Online Incubator Portal to which ESD Clients and Incubators have access. Our Incubator Portal is comprehensive covering all the monitoring and evaluation areas associated with business incubation, yet user-friendly so that everyone can enjoy the functionality it provides.

Through the use of the Portal we're able to accurately monitor and report on the performance of each ESD Programme using KPI dashboards and reports that have been customised to meet our specific requirements. The portal provides us with an early detection system for problems within our Incubatee’s businesses through the use of a company health monitor using the Model blow.
